POSITION TITLE: CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)
REPORT TO: DIRECTOR OF NURSING
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the CNA shall perfrom funcations that will allow for enhancement services regarding the Medical Care and Activity Programs which are provided daily to each Member of the Adult Day Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibiltiy of this position is to engage with the Members and to have constant interaction, which includes observation of the Members throughout the day, providing assistance with meal prepration, serving and feeding if needed. Encourage and engage with the Member to participate in activites, exercise, and music movement classes. Providing overall support to each Members saftey, health and well being.

- Assist with monitoring vitals and documenting written record of such as needed.
- Assist the Members to perform ADLs (toileting, clothing changes, feeding, etc. as required).
- Assist to prepare, implement and eveulate Member activities.
- Assist Members with Activities - Crafts, Exercise and Music Mobility Classes.
- Acompany Member to functions outside the Center if needed.
- Serving Meals and Snacks.
- Assist with Outdoor Activities / Trips to store.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must speak English and Spanish Fluently.
- 1-3 Years Experience
- Certificate CNA/ CHHA
- Have strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and well organized.
- Be able to monitor several projects concurrently and assist with a multi-level functioning program.
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
